"4" Options for Product Delivery

Option #1: Traditional Referrals
By Eye Care Professionals

• It starts with a phone call from you or your staff to 866-343-3395.
• MSI contacts patient for a product Evaluation/Demonstration which is performed at No-Charge or Obligation right at their home or office.
• One or several Video Magnifiers may be provided depending on patients needs…the goal is to provide the best system that will meet all or most of their needs that they could not perform before.
• Once a product is purchased there is a 30-day trial period, which allows a complete refund of product if returned.
• Product pricing is based on cost of unit and shipping/handling if applicable. Sales Tax is waived when Rx for product is signed.
• All MSI customers receive complete product support with in-home service and technical help if a problem arises.

Option #2 Magnifying Solutions “Low Vision Technology Store”

• If your practice is located within the Tampa Bay area, your patient may rather see all these products and more at one location. (Over 50 of the latest video magnifying products & over 300 magnifiers & non-optical products are on display for your patients to see and try).
• There is No Appointment Necessary or Any Fees associated with product evaluations! Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
• MSI’s Low Vision Technology Store is located inside the Lighthouse of Pinellas at 6925 112th Circle N. – Largo, FL. 33773 – Direct store contact (Barbara Valley) and number is (727) 544-4433 ext. 233
• If a Video Magnifier is purchased the same guidelines in Option #1 applies. MSI staff will deliver, set-up, train and support at no charge.

Option #3 Eye Care Professional
Reseller Partner Program

• If you provide low vision products/services in your practice now, or are looking into doing so, MSI has wholesale pricing on any and all video magnifying products that you would want to sell directly.
• Requires completed application and purchase of video magnifier(s) at a reduced demonstration cost.
• MSI provides In-Office product training to you and your staff, product brochures, posters, CD’s, etc. at no charge.

Option #4 “New Mobile Low Vision Showroom & Resource Center”

• MSI makes low vision product care available for the first time Without Your…Staffs Time, Office Space or Any Product Investment!
• The interior is set up to provide over 35 video magnifiers and over 100 high-powered magnifiers for the patient to be evaluated with at NO-Charge right at you office or clinic.
• A minimum of 5 patients must be pre-scheduled to reserve this product at your practice. A maximum of 10 patients can be seen in one day.
